Sales Manager-Senior KAM Poland

Job Duties

  • Achieve the quarterly KPIs ( Revenue , profit, product mix) and the sales objectives for Poland
  • Follow our Sales Book guidelines
  • Create the general conditions of sale, a legal framework in compliance with the Polish/EU law
  • Define the strategy and trade policy by brand, by product and area of influence.
  • Prepare and sign contracts trade cooperation.
  • Develop long term business plans with customers (1-2 years).
  • Negotiate pricing, terms of sale, payment terms, rebates, discounts end of the year, referrals, communications, etc.)…
  • Anticipate market trends, identify future ranges in relation to Polish and Chinese Product managers.
  • Collect information about our competitors.
  • Identify needs and trends products markets in relation to Product Management and Marketing services.
  • Weekly follow sales forecasts at 3 months and transmit the Supply Chain in China.
  • In collaboration with the Product Management, ensure that sales are in line with expectations: analyze and simulate the sales, based on market research and standard tools.
  • Negotiate to optimize prices and quantities in the profitability objectives
  • Establish relationships with customers and generate sustainable business value long-term.

Candidate profile:

  • At least 10 years’ as Sales Manager/ Senior KAM.
  • Very good knowledge of the Polish distribution and competition.
  • Ability to deliver results with a lot of autonomy.
  • Ability to anticipate and decision-making in a highly competitive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Native language: Polish. English: fluent.
  • Location: Our office in Warsaw

Area Customer Care Manager

Job Duties

  • Manage repair/service centers while adhering to Company objectives, budgets, policies and procedures
  • Search for repair service centers for continuous benchmark and adjustment to latest company's policies, objectives and budget
  • Ensures highest level of readiness and proficiency are maintained while meeting cost-effective goals
  • Enhance service documentation and training materials to local languages
  • Daily monitoring of claims for quick and efficient actions.
  • Administrative verification of claims and validation of reporting lines.
  • Track Key Process Indicators to monitor service operations performance
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement including development of strategic plans for future trends to impact the Company’s customer service policies
  • Work in cooperation with Sales team with all aspects of warranty and non-warranty service issues and ensure that all Customers know and follow the service procedure
  • Negotiation with key Customers
  • Work with Service Team to investigate and close complaints as quickly as possible, with high degree of accuracy and depth of problem solving
  • Participate directly in difficult, challenging, or sensitive customer situations and problems to create effective solutions

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous customer support and product service experience for a consumer electronics industry required
  • Effective communicator with all levels of the organization and customers
  • Experience in customer account management directly related to a technical product or service preferred
  • Familiarity working within an environment of continuous improvement and change management is desired
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Strong English ability on Conference Call, Presentation, Negotiation
  • Computer competency and knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity working within a multi-cultural environment
  • Rigorous
  • Location: Warsaw, if you agree to be based in Zyrardow it would be a plus
