Job Duties

  • Achieve the quarterly KPIs ( Revenue , profit, product mix) and the sales objectives for Netherlands.
  • Follow our Sales Book guidelines.
  • Create the general conditions of sale, a legal framework in compliance with the NL/EU law.
  • Define the strategy and trade policy by brand, by product and area of influence.
  • Negotiate annual agreement.
  • Develop long term business plans with customers (1-2 years).
  • Negotiate pricing, terms of sale, payment terms, rebates, discounts end of the year, referrals, communications, etc.)…
  • Anticipate market trends, identify future ranges in relation to NL and Chinese Product managers.
  • Collect information about our competitors.
  • Identify needs and trends products markets in relation to Product Management and Marketing services.
  • Weekly follow sales forecasts at 3 months.
  • Weekly reporting to HQ in Paris.
  • Working with EU marketing/logistic/accounting team.
  • In collaboration with the Product Management, ensure that sales are in line with expectations: analyze and simulate the sales, based on market research and standard tools.
  • Working on the product development and management to follow up the product certifications and local product specifics.
  • Negotiate to optimize prices and quantities in the profitability objectives.
  • Establish relationships with customers and generate sustainable business value long-term.

Candidate profile:

  • 5 to 10 years’ as Sales Manager/ Senior KAM.
  • Previous customer support and product service experience for a consumer electronics industry required.
  • Very good knowledge of the Romania distribution and competition.
  • Ability to deliver results with a lot of autonomy.

Job Duties

Retail Marketing Manager Spain and Portugal

Key Accountabilities

  • Elaborate a marketing and trade marketing plan for Spain and Portugal, aligned with EU marketing and local sales, and execute. There must be a yearly plan in line with overall objectives of TCL and also an action plan split in quarters.

Reporting line and Work environment of the role

Job Duties

  • Build the marketing and trade marketing plan for the region in cooperation with EU Marketing team and local Sales teams based on a structured analysis of the markets, retail segmentation, competition, end user trends.
  • Support local teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated.
  • Visit the Retail Key Accounts regularly to get their strategy and objectives.
  • Lead the product go to markets in the region and build sales out driven programs.
  • Ensure efficient spending of local marketing budget and is accountable to keep local marketing spending within validated budget.
  • Collaborate with EU Marketing team, Sales team and Product Management team to build product communication and sales promotions.
  • Plan and organize production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials, promotions and promoters by finding the most efficient solutions. Carry out regular visits of the key shops in order to check implementation of planned instore activities and support shop negotiation of better brand instore presence.
  • Manage content used to promote brands and products of key online retailers.
  • Organize local trade shows, local customer events and local press events.
  • Adapt training programs developed by EU Marketing team to local needs and support local teams in the execution of training programs.

Job Duties
