Key Account Manager Netherlands (Permanent position, based in the Netherlands)

Job Duties

  • Achieve the quarterly KPIs ( Revenue , profit, product mix) and the sales objectives for Netherlands.
  • Follow our Sales Book guidelines.
  • Create the general conditions of sale, a legal framework in compliance with the NL/EU law.
  • Define the strategy and trade policy by brand, by product and area of influence.

European E-commerce Channel Marketing Manager

Key Reponsibilities

The European E-commerce Channel Marketing Manager will coordinate the marketing and merchandising strategy, supervise planning and daily operations of TCL’s E retailers’ partners in Europe, He will be responsible for the availability of retail digital assets. Reporting to the Europe Marketing Director, this role supports strategic growth of TCL in e commerce in Europe through the implementation of best practices and the execution by local retail marketing managers of data-driven merchandising optimization and marketing enhancement.

Core Tasks:

E-commerce Channel Marketing Strategy & Business Planning

Lead the development and integration of search, display and site merchandising strategies to build comprehensive monthly/quarterly marketing plans supporting promotions and sales. Collaborate with local Retail marketing managers, Product teams, EU and HQ Marketing team and external agencies to optimize and execute plans to effectively align with core KPI’s (conversion, traffic and share of voice) and sales goals.

Enhance Online Package Design & Execution

Be accountable for retail readiness digital assets for maximizing product merchandising on Amazon and other European E retailers product detail pages. Collaborate with local retail marketing managers, EU and HQ Marketing teams and external agencies to implement best practices to maximize conversion and grow traffic

Grow Digital Shelf Share of Voice

In coordination with local retail marketing managers improve positioning and grow TCL share of voice at category/subcategory level and key generic search results pages. Continually review and optimize search & positioning strategies to significantly grow relevance for key References

Budget Management

Manages EU budget for the production of retail digital assets, supervise local spending plans with local retail marketing managers, EU Marketing and Finance teams to align with approved budget. Submit Requests for Approval and PO’s in a timely manner, as needed.

Manage monthly reporting of performance and trend analysis. Support quarterly Amazon and key e-retailers business review. Ad-hoc analytics tracking for key models and events to drive future enhancement

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • BS / BA degree require
  • 5 years work experience
  • Experience with Digital Marketing (Search/Display/SEO/CRO) and Trend Analysis in an E-commerce setting
  • Indepth knowledge of Amazon

Key Accountabilities

Job Duties
